Dictionary script

The current dictionary script in use is wrote by David Proper (DrN) Copyright 1997-2001 Radical Computer Systems.

While it has served me well for the past few years. A new mysql based version is in development as a replacement and a addition to the MADscript features. This will sport use of a cakephp interface and be much loved at the least by my self :D
